Krista Diamond Originally from NewHampshire, Krista Diamond worked in thenational parks for fiveyears before leavingDeath Valley, Glacier,Yellowstone, and BigBend behind for LasVegas. She is now afreelance/fiction writer.Her writing has appearedin HuffPost, Thrillist, Business Insider, Fodor’s, Eater, Time Out, Desert Companion,Nevada Magazine, and elsewhere. Her short fiction andpersonal essays have been published in Barrelhouse,Barnstorm Literary Journal, Barren Magazine, LongleafReview, After Happy Hour Review, and Adelaide Magazine, for which she was a finalist for the 2017 Short StoryAward. In 2019 she received a grant from the NevadaArts Council to help fund the completion of her first novelat Sundress Academy for the Arts.
